Why is it that the day you decide to really for-real count points again (weight watchers), you end up starving like an orphan child living out of a cardboard box?

Really? Come on, it's not like I'm wasting away. I shouldn't BE this hungry! But let me tell you, after an episode of "What in my closet actually fits me anymore?" this morning I was ready to scream. There wasn't much there to work with. Not good.

So yes, I'm putting it out there for all the bloggy world to see. I'm getting back on track. And yes, before the holidays. If I don't start now, it will all be downhill from here! Besides I really would love to lose 20 lbs before I get pregnant (although I'd be extremely happy with 10 lbs even). And since the pregnant-thang ain't happening that quickly, it would appear I have some time to get my shit together.

Must. Say. No. To. Chocolate.

just remember, veggies ARE your friend!

To make it easier on yourself, try dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. It's the fat in the milk that really kills. Jason is a chocolate fiend so I have to find tricky ways to keep him on the healthy side.

Don't say no...just say less. And I agree with Chele...veggies are your friend!!

Or at least say no to milk chocolate, dark chocolate is SO much better for you ;)

Uh, maybe you should plan on a larger weight loss. You know, just in case something CRAZY happens and you get pregnant with triplets. 10, or even 20, pounds will be nothing then! I'm just sayin'. It could happen. =)

just some advice take it or leave it i promise i will not be offended:
make sure you are getting your foods worth with your points. stay away from empty calories and go with more filling stuff. and if you can stomach it...drink your milk from your cereal b/c it has been proven and i live by it that milk does help with weight loss and since the points are already accounted for you do not have to add more points there. also orville redonbaucher (spelling wrong) makes single serve 100 calorie bag popcorn to pop. they have it in butter and caramel corn. the butter is 2 points for a whole bag...not sure about the caramel corn...and i find it is filling while sitting on the couch at night!

Hey, I play that game ALL THE TIME!! That sounds like a great idea for a new Bravo or TLC show. Then you can make a ton of money and even if you can't get skinny, you can be rich!

Looking at the bright side for you baby!

We can do it! Monday morning I decided to get my butt back on WW. My best friend is getting married in 2 months and I need to fit in that dress!
Best of luck to you.
Just email me is you feel like cheating, and we can talk eachother out of it! lol
I know exactly what you mean about being "starving" For me it takes about a week to not feel like that anymore!

hang in there - I remember when I first started WW...changing my eating habits was hard, you've just got to learn what you can eat to fill in those moments when you want something. Popcorn always helped me...

I totally relate to this comment all to well. I was down about 20 lbs, about a month ago, but I've fallen off the wagon and now the chocolate just screams for me, the chips chant my name and all the other snack-type foods are flirting with me.

I CAN'T TAKE THIS PRESSURE!

(Just stopping by from the Hotfessional's blog... Loved your little secret, by the way...)

Just stopping back in, since it appears you went to my inactive blog! I'm here and blogging - honest!

You can do it!!
It's not always easy ~ and even after all these weeks dieting I still find it hard AND there are many moments of weakness ha ha !!
I find that drinking lots of water is a good idea. I drink loads of the stuff!!(obviously I do eat too ha ha !!). Hope that you get to your goal!!
Love and hugs Tabitha XXX

PS ~ forgot to say ~ don't deny yourself the chocolate if you want some ~ just have a square or two and not a bar (or several bars like I used to have !!!). This usually takes the craving away for me.XXXXXXX
